Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and any removed links, ensuring the item is in unworn condition.
Ship to Halifax
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the return, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
